Description
The QZ000372 series of FPC connectors are designed for mini LED TV backlighting. The connector housing is made of white flame retardant thermoplastic material, the contacts are phosphor bronze plated covered with nickel backing, and the pins are stainless steel with tin plated finish.
Support -40 ° C to 105 ° C wide temperature operation, voltage up to 100V AC / DC, rated current 2.0 amps. Highly insulating with excellent withstand voltage testing and low contact resistance. Connector pitch 0.8mm, height 2.0mm, suitable for high density, high reliability TV backlight system connection.
The use of UL94V-0 grade thermoplastic material shell ensures stable operation in high temperature environments, and also has good flame retardant properties to improve the safety of use.
The contact part is made of phosphor bronze and covered with a nickel base through a gold plating layer, which effectively reduces the contact resistance and improves the conductivity to ensure the stability and efficiency of signal transmission.
The pins are made of stainless steel with tin-plated surface, which enhances the corrosion resistance, extends the service life of the connector and adapts to various complex environments.
