The QZ000374 series BR60.2 CONN is a high performance FPC connector designed for high density circuit requirements. It is made of UL94V-0 flame retardant thermoplastic material, which is safe and reliable. The contact area is gold plated and nickel coated to ensure excellent conductivity and oxidation resistance.

Description
60-pin design with 0.5mm pitch is compact and efficient. Tin-plated pins and guard pins for enhanced soldering and durability. Height of 5.6mm, suitable for MINI LED backlight and other precision electronic devices, to enhance the efficiency and stability of the connection.
With 60 pins and a pitch of only 0.5mm, the connector’s compact design allows for high-density connections in a limited space, meeting the need for miniaturisation and high levels of integration in modern electronic devices.
The contact area is made of copper alloy and plated with at least 3 micron gold layer and 50 micron nickel layer, which effectively reduces the contact resistance and improves the conductivity, ensuring efficient and stable signal transmission.
The shell and driver are made of UL94V-0 rated flame-retardant thermoplastic material, which has excellent heat resistance and flame retardant properties, ensuring the connector’s long-term stable operation. Meanwhile, the tinned pins and protective pins also enhance the durability and corrosion resistance of the connection.
Particularly suitable for high-end display devices such as MINI LED backlit TVs and other electronic devices that require high connection density and electrical performance, providing stable and reliable electrical connections for products.
