The FFC 68.4 CONN (FRONT FLIP) is a connector made of advanced materials. The housing and actuator are made of UL94V-0 compliant thermoplastic material in natural and black colours respectively to ensure safety and durability. The terminals of the connector are made of phosphor bronze base material with a nickel plating of 50 μ” or more, a gold plating of at least 3 μ” in the contact area and at least 1 μ” in the soldering area to improve electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Description

The assembly nails are made of brass with a nickel plating of at least 50 μ” and are fully covered with a matte tin plating of at least 100 μ” to enhance durability. Designed with 0.5mm pin spacing and 1.8mm height, it is suitable for TVs, panels, and other applications, and features a front flip design for easy installation and maintenance.

Made of UL94V-0 compliant thermoplastic material with excellent flame retardant properties to ensure safer use in electronic devices. At the same time, the high-quality material selection also enhances the durability and service life of the product.
