F0504 Series 0.5mm Pitch 20Pin FPC Connector(Front Flip Type)

Description

The F0504 series NEG1S1 20T FFC connectors are made of highly heat-resistant UL94V-0 rated thermoplastic material with natural coloured housing and black actuator. The contacts and pins are made of copper alloy with gold-nickel alloy (Au 3μ” Min OVER Ni 50μ” Min in the contact area) and pure tin (Sn 100μ” Min OVER Ni 50μ” Min on the pins) surface plating to ensure good conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Designed for 0.5mm pitch, 2.2mm height, supports 20-pin circuits, suitable for TVs, panels and other electronic devices. Front flip type structure for easy installation and removal, improving connection stability and efficiency.

Made of UL94V-0 rated thermoplastic material, which has good heat resistance and can maintain stable physical and chemical properties at higher temperatures, ensuring the reliability and durability of the connector in high temperature environments.
